Member Discount:
Birmingham Museum of Art Members receive a 10% discount on all regular priced store purchases. Please include your BMA Membership number and expiration date in the "comments" field of the checkout page. Your total will be calculated and the total amount of the sale will be e-mailed to you.
Tax:
All orders shipped within the state of Alabama will be charged a 10% sales tax.
Shipping Information:
Orders are usually shipped in 1-4 business days via UPS. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight of items and shipping materials. Any item weighing less than 1 pound will be calculated at one pound.
Our shipping department hours are Monday-Friday 9:00-4:00. Orders received after shipping department hours will be processed the following business day.

Refund and Returns:
If your order has been damaged in the shipping process please e-mail birminghammuseumstore@yahoo.com or call 205-254-2777 with in 15 days and we will replace the damage or credit your account in full.
If you would like to return your merchandise. We must receive your item in original condition with original receipt with in 30 days. We will credit your account for the merchandise and sales tax (if applicable)upon receipt of goods.
